Most engagements start with the assessment, then roll into the build.

The assessment tells us what to build and in what order. From there, fractional engineers do the building and the maintaining. And if you already know the one thing you want automated, that is a door of its own — no assessment required. When a build is really a growth engine we can measure, we can take less up front and share the upside instead.

First we find where the hours actually go.

A structured look at your operation, specific to your business. We come in, work through it with your team, and hand back a ranked picture of where the time is lost and what it would take to get it back.

04 / Shared upside · hybrid

Or, when the win is measurable, we share it instead of just billing it.

Some builds are really growth engines — an outbound machine we co-create with your sales and marketing team, a campaign we help run, an engine that stays yours at the end. When the outcome is something both sides can measure, we will take a smaller fee up front and a share of the gain it creates.

• A reduced fixed fee to cover the build, plus a share of the measured gain — not a bill for hours
• The baseline is the number the assessment already established, so both sides start from the same picture of “before”
• A cap and a floor over a fixed window — you are never on the hook for an open-ended share, and we are not working for free
• It needs shared visibility into the one metric we are moving, and it only fits where the impact is genuinely ours to claim

Best fit: a real outbound or revenue engine we build and help run together. Not every project qualifies — we will tell you honestly on the call which side of that line you are on.
