CIRQL provides technology consulting and custom software development for industrial companies. Our services include assessments, process mapping, custom tool development, system integrations, AI agent development, and ongoing technology support.

The specific scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between CIRQL and the client, and are quoted based on scope.

All content on the CIRQL website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CIRQL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For paid engagements, ownership of custom-built tools and software is defined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the specific instance of custom code built for their business.

CIRQL retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific components across engagements.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

CIRQL's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid to CIRQL, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.
