CIRQL provides technology consulting and custom software development services for industrial companies. Our services include process mining, custom tool development, system integrations, AI agent development, and ongoing technology support delivered through a monthly retainer model.

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement between CIRQL and the client.

CIRQL may offer to build a custom tool or solution at no cost as part of our discovery process. This offer is subject to qualification and approval by CIRQL at our sole discretion.

Any tools or software delivered as part of a free build are provided as-is. CIRQL retains the right to determine the scope and nature of any free build engagement.

Acceptance of a free build does not create an obligation for you to purchase additional services, nor does it create an obligation for CIRQL to provide additional services.

All content on the CIRQL website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CIRQL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For paid engagements, ownership of custom-built tools and software will be defined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the specific instance of custom code built for their business.

CIRQL retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific components across engagements.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the website.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

When you submit information through our forms (such as booking requests or free build applications), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at cirql.ai/privacy.

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

CIRQL is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party services.

CIRQL does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIRQL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or our services.

CIRQL's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid to CIRQL, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
